Shoonies are bipedal, humanoid-esque dogs usually resembling pugs, French bulldogs and other dogs with flattened faces. If you ask the shoonies, they would tell you Aroden created them as pleasant company after he finished creating the Isle of Kortos. Whatever the case may be, their way of life is entirely focused on working together, hospitality and goodwill, with an unhealthy dose of optimism added for good measure. The latter has especially been detrimental against species seeking to subjugate these friendly beings, something that has limited their place in the world.
Shoony names are described as being short and guttural, but the official example names offered go against the short part: Ahogo, Arnbin, Bighmor, Bondin, Domwurd, Ebmeur, Gopor, Gurna, Hiemgur, Mufurlo, Oriog, Pulumar, Raliamar, Ruggion, Uhulrig, Ungrin. Either way, I used these names to create similar naming conventions for this name generator, which is to say that they're unisex, indeed guttural, and at times difficult to pronounce.
